Use the in-app Report option on posts, products, stores, reviews, events, and messages. We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts (see Terms of Service, Section 10). You can also block another user from their store page or in messaging; manage blocked users from your account menu.

How do I place an order?
Browse the map to find sellers near you, add products to your cart, and check out with a pickup time that works for you.
How do I become a seller?
Click "Become a Seller" and follow the onboarding steps. You'll need to choose a subscription plan and set up your store profile.
How do refunds work?
Sellers can issue full or partial refunds on your orders. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
How do I update my pickup time?
You can reschedule your pickup once within 24 hours of the original window. Check your order details for the reschedule option.
